It has been said that all true Champions become champions when they can rise to the occasion during adversity. Adversity for mountain bike riding is when hard-packed dirt turns to tire-sucking mud, dry rocks become greasy-slick and the pounding rain blurs your vision!
Growing up and learning to ride in Hudson, Quebec, Luke has developed a style and confidence for riding in extreme foul-weather environments that is second to none in Canada.
With mastery of such conditions coupled with Giant’s acclaimed Glory DH race bike, Luke has proven to be the ultimate competitor. In just four years of racing at the pro level, Luke has been the Canadian National DH Series champion three times and is the recently crowned 2007 Canadian National DH Champion… all aboard Giant bikes!
One scary thought for the competition: Luke’s best years are still ahead.
